Terms and Conditions

By accepting a quoted commission, you agree to the following terms of service:

General

• We will not work with individuals under the age of 18, ID maybe required! 
• Reference Sheet must be UP TO DATE, easy to read, and in high resolution quality (2K DPI or more).
• All communication must be polite and professional.
• ZERO TOLERANCE for: harassment, stalking, public shaming, racism, trans/homophobia or any discrimination in any form. We will terminate your commission with no questions asked!
• We have our own style which will evolve over time. if you do not like what you see on the website, do not commission us. While imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, we strictly will not attempt to craft suits in the styles of other makers out of respect for the craft.
• Kemono-Style or Realistic Suits will not be accepted. There are plenty of other makers who specialize in those types of suits. 

Quotes

• Quotes can be obtained by heading over to our Quote Page which can be found at the top of this page.
•  We take customer's quotes only at certain times of the year. We will keep communications regarding openings up to date on this website and other platforms.
• Quotes are only valid for 90 days after being emailed out. After 90 days a new quote maybe required but we cannot stand by our 10% guarantee on expired quotes. 
• Quotes do not guarantee you a slot in the queue, nor is payment required, only after you've been accepted, your commission will be placed in the queue! 

Payment

• USD only ($$)
• PayPal is our preferred payment processor to protect both you and us! 
• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required, please ensure you are committed to the processes as this will secure your spot in the queue.
• Payment Plans are available, but if you are unable to commit to the instalment agreement, please contact us immediately! (We understand life happens!) If more than 2 payments are missed, we reserve the right terminate the commission. 
• Commissions will be shipped out once payment is made in full! 
• We will not hold on to completed commissions unless payment is made in full, after 4 months of non-payment/non commutation with a client, we reserve the right to refund you less your 30% refund deposit. Your commission will be rebranded, and materials will be sold. 

Shipping

• Buyer pays shipping 
• Worldwide shipping is available but must follow all import laws of receiver's country. 
• Shipping cost is not included in your quote
• Only Commissions that have been Paid in Full will be shipped!
